Before taxes, your income needs to be 3x the rent.

Family members can combine income, but room mates, partners, significant others can not. You are considered tenants in common and each responsible for the rent payments, regardless if the other party loses their income, moves out, or the relationship changes.

Fair Housing assures your right to have an emotional support or service animal. 

That said, there must be a local physician's signature on your lease addendum, as well as a separate cleaning fee . Animals must have proof of veteranian visits ( yearly ) and be current on all vaccinations / shots, and deemed to be in good health. Under no circumstances are attack breeds permitted due to insurance guidelines. More info is available by request.
