But we are not your Realtor  We are not available 16 hours a day 7 days a week

We have business hours

M - F  8 am till 5 pm  Weekends are for showings , lease signings, listings, etc

Client Call backs are scheduled for Friday afternoons

Please do not ask us to customize our pricing.

 It's already far less than competitive companies. 

Please sign and return the referral before the client signs a contract

We absolutely will not list a property for rent if it is still in escrow.

If the property has mold, we do not enter until is has been remediated

Vacant homes ? Your client should be prepared to pay the setup fee at time of contract signing. Yes, we charge $ 4.47 per month even if we inherit the property as a vacant.

Early contract termination? The fee will not be waived. No exceptions.

Payment scheduling for rental income is not negotiable
